Associate Attorney

Victoria H. Small, Esq., practices in our North Myrtle Beach office. Here, areas of practice include real estate, estate planning, and probate.

Victoria is a Tar Heel born and raised. From an early age, Victoria wanted to become an attorney. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004. After graduating, Victoria dedicated her life to raising her family as a stay-at-home mom. She cherished the time she was able to spend with her family, but she still wanted to pursue her dreams. In 2023, she graduated from Lincoln Memorial- Duncan School of Law. While she was a student, she was an active member of the Moot board as well as RACK (Random Acts of Kindness to the Community). None of this would have been possible without the love and support of her friends and family.

Her love for the beach led her family to the area. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family. Also, you may see her around singing karaoke and if you do sing along.

She is a member of the Horry County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
