New Homes – Subdivisions
When purchasing a home in a new subdivision, the seller often offers the Buyer a credit towards closing costs if you agree to use the same attorney. Using the same attorney is not unusual and in most cases, can make the closing run more smoothly. However, when purchasing in a new subdivision, it is advisable to have a separate attorney review the purchase agreement and discuss all aspects of the contract with you prior to signature as there may be other fees that could be avoided with a simple review. We want to be those Grand Strand attorneys!
