Managing Associate Attorney

Bailey R. Gordon, Esq. is the Managing Associate Attorney in our Myrtle Beach office and is admitted to practice in both South Carolina and North Carolina. Bailey is passionate about helping individuals and families find comfort and confidence in real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, and business formation. She is committed to providing thoughtful, client-focused legal solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Bailey discovered her love for the Myrtle Beach area during her undergraduate years at Coastal Carolina University, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2023 before returning to Myrtle Beach to continue building her career in the community she loves.
Growing up in a family of REALTORS, Bailey developed a deep appreciation for transactional law early on. Her firsthand experience in real estate and business matters shapes her practical, solutions-driven approach to legal representation today.

Outside of the office, Bailey enjoys reading history books, organizing murder mystery parties, and spending time with her husband, Justin, and their dog, Joan of Bark. She also loves outdoor adventures such as hiking, kayaking, and stargazing, along with hosting board game nights and participating in community service initiatives.
