Casey McKee
Attorney – MB
Casey A. McKee, Esq. practices in our Myrtle Beach office. Her areas of practice include real estate, estate planning, probate, and business formation.
Casey was born and raised in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina. While a student at Johnsonville High School, Casey became actively involved in Mock Trial. Through High School Mock Trial competitions, Casey found her love for the law and decided to pursue a career as an attorney. She attended Coastal Carolina University where she actively participated in college-level Mock Trial competitions, South Carolina Student Legislature, and Model United Nations tournaments. Casey graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2013 with a BA in Political Science.
Casey then attended Vermont Law School where she was a Student Ambassador and a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board. Casey also enjoyed playing rugby as a member of the Vermont Law School Women’s Rugby Team. Casey received her J.D. and her LLM in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School in 2017. After graduating law school, she moved to Alaska and worked as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court. While in Alaska, Casey enjoyed spending time at the Kuskokwim Consortium Library, picking berries in the tundra, and volunteering with Bethel Friends of Canines, a local dog rescue. It was here where she rescued her furry companion, Minerva, and the two have been inseparable since.
After several brutal Alaskan winters, Casey decided it was time to move back home to her family and friends in Myrtle Beach. She joined Grand Strand Law Group and looks forward to serving the Grand Strand area with all of their real estate and estate planning needs.
